From performing at sing-off campaign launches to attending bikini fashion shows, celebs had plenty on their plates this week.
First we have singer and actress Jennifer Hudson slaying in this flattering ensemble at the celebration of her campaign launch for New York and Company’s Soho Jeans Collection at the Marquee, New York. Complete with signature red lips, a super-cute headband, and T-strap heels, she’s pulled her entire outfit together perfectly (and we can’t not draw attention to the flattering fringe-detail belt she used to cinch her tiny waist). Talk about dominating the denim-on-denim trend.
We all know Alexa Chung always looks amazing, whether navigating street style with aplomb or attending red carpet events in forever fashion-forward attire. We also know that the model can pull off menswear-inspired fashion without a hitch – but were we aware that she could work a black velvet jumpsuit? There’s a first time for everything, and we are loving everything about this tux-like look; and judging from the shy smile on Chung’s face, she does too.
Rachel McAdams has been taking some major fashion risks lately – and winning every time. She really hit her stride in the dress she donned for “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” last night. The blue lace interwoven into the bodice of the dress is already gorgeous on its own; now combine that with the visual appeal derived from the artistic, net-like panel that puts her gorgeous gams on display, hitting from her thigh to around her knee, and that’s star appeal. I mean, the actress looks like actual art: But would we expect anything less from McAdams of the daring red-hot power suit? (We saw you at the ESPY Awards, girl.)
You might not know her name yet, but we have a feeling you soon will. Those eyebrows! Those earrings! That perfect pair of cage heels! It’s clear that style blogger Chantel Jeffries knows what she’s doing. She strutted her stuff front row at the Frankie’s Bikinis 2016 Collection during SWIMMIAMI in Miami Beach, Florida.
Model and budding actress Cara Delevingne has proven time and time again that she can rock a runway look whether she’s actually on the catwalk or not. Here she looks floaty in a sheer Victorian top. We love how the collar and sleeves, complete with lace design, match her dainty bralette. Combine that with high-waisted, cropped black pants and towering Christian Louboutin stiletto pumps, and we have ourselves quite the chic ensemble.
