Justin Bieber punched, right in the face, on Tuesday night, an admirer who touched him on the face. The guy put his hand through the open window of the limo in which the Canadian singer was walking toward the Palau Sant Jordi, in Barcelona, before his concert, according to EFE. As can be seen from the images that became viral on the social networks, Bieber sits on the back of the car that was driven at a reduced speed in front of the numerous Biebr’s fans. Taking advantage of the fact that the artist walked with the car’s window down, one of the fans introduced his arm and managed to touch Bieber on his face. The singer reacted violently, smashing the fan in his face.
Disappointed and with blood on his lip, the fan commented visibly surprised: ‘I only touched him on the face, and he punched me.’ According to the Spanish news, the boy was a minor who told to the Mossos d’Esquadra officers that he was not sure if he will report Bieber for his gesture. A Mossos d’Esquadra spokesman stated: ‘What’s occurred here is what would be considered a misdemeanor rather than a crime. For a crime of assault to have occurred, the victim would have needed medical attention more than once. The footage shows there’s been no sustained attack. […] This is an incident that occurred between two people and the person who received the punch or push will have to make a formal complaint if he wants to take the matter any further.
He can do that at a police station or the local court. If he registers a complaint with police, we will simply pass that on to the relevant court so they can decide whether to take further action. At the moment we’re not aware the male fan has registered a formal complaint.’
