Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop Turns Book Publisher
Leave it to Gwyneth Paltrow to love literature better than the rest of us. Paltrow’s lifestyle brand Goop will soon begin producing books under its own publishing imprint called Goop Press, the company announced on Tuesday at the Fast Company Innovation Festival.
The imprint’s first book will be Paltrow’s upcoming cookbook It’s All Easy: Delicious Weekday Recipes for the Super-Busy Home Cook, which is set to hit bookshelves in April 2016.
“With so much incredible content now being produced at Goop.com on a daily basis, we’re excited to memorialize it for audiences across the world,” the company wrote in a press release.
Goop Press will produce at least 4 books a year — one with original content, as well as at least 3 books related to content published on Goop, written by experts and contributors to Goop.
Here’s hoping Paltrow can recruit “Uncle Jay Z” and “Aunt Beyonce” to write a book for the new imprint.
