Graham Norton Will Host Hour-Long Special With Adele
Adele is set to make her first television performance since 2013 this November in a one-off, hour-long special hosted by Graham Norton, the BBC said Tuesday. Adele at the BBC will see the singer-songwriter performing tracks from her entire discography, including the highly anticipated forthcoming release, 25, as well as chatting to Norton about her life and career.
About the show, Graham Norton said: “This is the music event of the year and I’m thrilled to be part of bringing it to BBC One. This opportunity to spend an hour with Adele, her music and her stories is a truly rare treat. If I wasn’t hosting this special I’d be sat at home watching it!”
Adele is just as excited, saying, “The BBC has been wonderful to me over the years and Graham and I get on great so it’s going to be a laugh.”
Tickets for the performance will be allocated via ballot. Adele at the BBC will air on BBC One in November. An exact date is currently unknown.
